Three things make people look further:
- Your Mac password opens it. Lockish says it plainly: use Touch ID, or your Mac password on Macs without it. Anyone who knows your login can open every locked app.

Switching from Lockish to Cloak
It takes about five minutes.
- In Lockish, unlock or remove your locked apps, then quit it and uninstall it, so two lockers are not guarding the same app.
